There is a guy in Corvallis that has a dillon 450 on craigslist that he wants 300 for. May be a good starting point.

The Dillon would be a great press to start with. Thy are more $ up front but will never go bad and everybody wants them so you if you change your mind selling is not and issue in most cases.
