So, I was looking to replenish my supply of Aguila Standard velocity .22 LR ammo (for my continuing attempts to embarrass myself in what others call Bullseye competition.). And discovered Brownell's had a decent price on 2000 rounds. I am almost positive that I have ordered from them in the past, but when I entered my email, nothing came up. So I tried to open a new account but that didn't work either. Went on their chat system to try to be able to place my order. And they sent me the confirmation code to log into my account, but that didn't work either. After 15 minutes of chat attempts, I realized life is too short (and getting shorter for me every day) so I gave up. Then decided to give it one more try:

Did you try using a private browser window?
 
I was just on the Brownell's site earlier today and kept getting extra pages sliding down in front of what i wanted. No idea why but like you I decided I didn't have enuf time left!

Aside-- I came across a sliding scale that told me to move it to my age. So I did, 72. Then it told me how many people were younger than me and also how many were older than me......only 11%.
I decided to go lay down before anything happened!

So @arakboss I feel your pain

I couldn't log in last I tried, so have entirely given up. No idea how long such has been going on, don't care enough to inform them of the problem.

They'll either figure it out. Or they won't.

TargetSports USA has good prices and often Free Shipping on case size orders.
They're currently OOS on your 22LR flavor but have other flavors...
 
I've use Brownells for many decades, been to their office/ store in Grinnell Iowa many times, nice little town. sister in law lives in Techama Neb. and daughter in Ohio, they are in between.:) Been there enough times they even gave me a Brownells hat! (whoppie)
I don't do hi-tech stuff though, so cant attest to web site or computer ordering. I use their paper catalog and call them on my land line to order, always with friendly reception and C& R discount albeit I haven't used them the last year and a half since my activities for such things has diminished considerably:( so don't know if they have changed.

I Like Brownell's. Maybe because I am one of those Older-Than-Dirt people who likes to receive their Five Pound Catalogs in the mail to look thru while I am sitting in the Rocking Chair on the porch waiting to die.

Anyhow, this week I ordered some powder from them. Got a "Shipped" notice email but still three days and no tracking number.

OK well whatever.

Agreed. I still really appreciate them for what they sell and the prices and service they're able to deliver on consistently. I just hope they realize these problems cost them money and loyalty.

Yeah I have to believe On-Line is a HUGE portion of their business and that interface sh*t is CRITICAL.

Just glad I am retired from corporate and not my personal headache anymore, but somebody needs to get their bubblegum Kicked in a LARGE WAY.
 
Can't remember when I last did Brownell's? But my newest "PEEVE" is being spammed by these guys/sites! Midway now comes at you the day after you were perusing their site after getting their email. They're asking you to not forget that you were just there and you can pick-up what you were looking at yesterday!
I bought 500 bullets from "Freedom Munitions" and started getting emailS DAILY! That's PLURAL! More than one.
