I have run the the standard .070 mil spec, .052 national match as well as the KNS .034 square post. Out of the three, I seem to prefer the .052. The .034 is nice for long shots but the little "step" in it is distracting.

There are several different options for tritium or fiber optic front sights. I would like to hear from those who use or have tried out some of these high visibility sights. Are tritium front sights too wide for precision? With a weapon light are they even necessary? Are fiber optics too fragile for a fighting gun?

I always install tritium on my combat weapons. The tritium has a completely different use than a light.. it is a passive sighting system that does not reveal your location
