Improved Outer Tactical Vest with soft armor inserts. Kevlar Inserts stop 9mm smg fire, all pistol rounds, fragmentation and lesser threats. Vest will carry small and medium sapi/esapi plates and 10x12 commercial plates. Im 5'10 about 200lbs and it fits me great with room for adjustment in both directions.
