WTB OR Inexpensive .22 Hornet

Looking for an inexpensive .22 Hornet rifle. I have trades to offer, depending upon what you are looking for. Prefer cash price to be under $400. Prefer a shooter, so dinged up is fine with me.
An NEF or H&R Handi Rifle would fit the bill perfectly.
This would be local to Oregon and/or maybe SW Washington.
I am not buying something for sale on the East Coast from some new member emailing me on here. I can go to Gunbroker or one of those if I wanted to go that route.

Though the Savage 340 is very nice, it is not quite what I am after (though it may still go home with me later).
What would really float my boat is a NEF or H&R Handi Rifle.
