I'm going to have to run this in a few weeks (pistol and rifle) and I've never done much of this type of shooting. I usually shoot prone behind a rifle or from one static position. I have been practicing the movements slowly before i start running them live figuring muscle memory will make me smooth which will be fast. I also figure i will do some sprints or somerhing to get my heart rate up to simulate nervs. It doesn't really seem too hard.

Seem like a good plan from the guys that do this stuff a lot? Tips?

25 Yard Line From the holster, with lateral movement, fire:
3 rounds standing strong side
3 rounds kneeling
Tactical reload mandatory at any time. Tac load
is NOT part of the drill time. Dropping the
magazine is a 1 point deduction

15 Yard Line
From the holster with lateral movement.
Draw and fire 2 rounds center mass.
Done two times.
6 seconds 2 shots 4 rounds total

15 to 7 Yard Line
Set up with 1 round in the chamber and 1 round in
a magazine. While moving forward draw and fire
3 rounds center mass. Combat (Speed) reload
required. Failure to do reload properly is a 1 point
deduction.

7 Yard Line
Presentation from safety circle.
Fire 2 rounds center mass. Come back to safety
circle.
3 seconds 2 shots 2 rounds total

Facing left – turn and fire 2 rounds center mass.
Facing right – turn and fire 2 rounds center mass.
Facing rear – turn and fire 2 rounds center mass.

handed shooting fire 2 rounds then transition to
the support hand and fire 2 rounds 1 handed
shooting.

Set up handgun with 1 round in chamber and 2
rounds in the magazine.
From the holster with lateral movement draw and
fire failure drill (2 to the body, 1 to the ocular area
in the head), combat (Speed) reload, fire failure
drill. Failure to do reload properly is a 1 point
deduction.
10 seconds 6 shots 6 rounds total

3 Yard Line Failure drill from the holster with lateral
movement.
Draw and fire 2 rounds to body and 1 round to
head. (Designated ocular area.)
