My last couple years of work one of my responsibilities was making sure my guys did their on line "trainings".... Such bullsh**, so painful.... I would do the courses myself then print the answers and hand them to the guys....

Doing this worked for me for a while too. Then upper management asked me how everyone in my area kept getting the same question wrong...... Um, nobody's perfect?

My boss with the goverment did the same thing......then we had to start doing the training for real. That sucked

I was only in the 104th for about 2 years - joined after I got out of the Marines. Always loved that patch though - makes you feel like a Stark of Winterfell

I needed a "transition placebo" to civvie life after the Army, so I have that patch as well.

Two years was about all I could take of the USAR as well.
