Howdy folks,

I'm looking for a 11.5 inch upper for a pistol build. I'm willing to drive if you are. Preferably from Oregon (I don't have a Washington or Utah CHL) so I don't want to take off my CCW but if I get the right deal I can work something out. The hand guard must be M-LOK or a picatinny rail. NO KEYMOD. Other than that I'm open for deals.
