This rifle has an excellent bore, and would do very well with cast bullets. Brass may be easily made from 8X57 cartridges. Norma makes brass which has been available until recently. The receiver is drilled and tapped for Weaver bases. The 9.3 X 57 will handle most anything to be encountered in North America, with much less punishing recoil than a .338.

Great rifle and caliber. As stated it will tip over anything this Country has to offer. I got it's twin in 9.3x62 and it hits with authority!
