Hug-San over / under. Serial# 27

Was shooting with the guys Friday after work and after one of the rounds we started looking my shot gun over and realized the serial number is 27. I know nothing about this company. Do I quit using it or does it have any value?

It's a 12 gauge o/u in a matte black.
