Normally a man of many words, but here are some bullet points for my intro:

• Friendly, rational, married, 40-something father of debatable intelligence
• Not a fan of polarized partisan politics or discussing same online
• Social media is a blessing and a curse, mostly a curse for now
• Not a big time shooter, but have owned guns ever since I could
• Hunting, fishing, skiing, and recreational forestry, if there is such a thing
• big big fan of DIY'ing just about everything I can, even if the economics don't pencil
• desk job in financial markets, but can't wait to get outside or into the shop every day.
