howa mini action in 6.5 grendel, for sale. has 100ish rounds through it. Shoots the hornady black rounds nicely.
1 factory mag
1 butler creek sling
1 o moa picatinny style scope rail
1 picatinny rail installed on the fore end for different bipod styles

barrel is floating and ive epoxy filled the fore end for a bit better stiffness.

buyer is responsible for transfer and needs the 1639/hb1143 cert. will not ship.

washington states that you have to have a hb1143 to buy any firearm in the state now.
