Haven't shot the Howa at all, just mounted the (Vortex Viper PST Gen II 5-25x50 EBR-2D MRAD) scope and has been stored since.
Looking for $1200 OBO (buyer pays transfer), prefer to meet at Precise Shooter or Pantel Tactical depending on location.
