How to delete messages?

Sorry if this is in the wrong spot, but how do I delete messages? Apparently someone is trying to message me but can't because my message deal is full

When you are looking at your conversations go to conversation tools in the top right and click on leave conversation, A box will pop up and click on leave one more time.

Go to the top right of the page and hover your cursor over the envelope icon. A drop down box will appear that says "private conversations". Click on it. A list of all your previous "private conversations" will appear with a check box to the left of each of those individual conversations. Click on the empty box and a check mark will appear along with a box asking if you would like to leave the conversation. Click on "leave the conversation". Keep deleting your previous conversations and it will create space for you to receive messages (conversations) again.
