A group of Dutch artists celebrated George Orwell's birthday on June 25th by putting party hats on surveillance cameras around the city of Utrecht.

That's pretty funny. Though not all the cameras I see in the photo spread are likely government/police/the man cameras. Some are likely just standard security cameras, such as the one at the ATM. But, nonetheless, that's a darn creative way to give the middle finger salute to the nanny state folks :p
