I have no idea as to how it happened, but I have two boxes of Hornady 17 grain V-Max Mach 2 HM2 ammunition that I don't need. I have a .17 WMR. I'm guessing that when I went to the bullet store to buy food for my WMR, the pleasant-looking young woman (clearly a ballon smuggler) heard me say "10 boxes of .17 WMR" and found 8 boxes and thought that the HMR would be OK for the remaining two.
I cannot lay all the blame at her feet because I wasn't paying as much attention to my ammo purchase as I was her obvious pleasantness.
So, $20 cash American, will be sufficient to take the HMR's home with you.
Do not message me asking where the very pleasant female clerk is employed. A gentleman never discusses these things.
