  1. I have read and accept the classified system rules and terms of service.
Heckler and Koch 9mm parabellum pistol in pristine condition. I bought this new in 1981 and it's dated 1979. Have the original paperwork including the test target. And includes three magazines which hold 18 rounds each. Fewer than 20 rounds have been fired. Sadly my mother threw the box away at some point! I do have a zip-up padded case for it.

I would like to meet in southwest Portland at a pawn shop who will do the FFL for us. Cash only.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Would you be willing to take $1,000 cash
Thanks
Gary
I would, but unfortunately I realized only recently that the laws in Oregon have changed (I haven't been paying attention) so that I can't sell these magazines ☹️ just the gun! (And it looks like I can't change the ad details). So I'm stuck with these clips until I move to a state that doesn't have these laws.

(Actually the law is being challenged in court but my understanding is no FFL dealer wants to mess with this, pending the litigation)

My FFL actually sells high cap magazines all day long and has forever. I understand there's a challenge in court but I believe that they are currently they're still legal. I would check with your dealer up in Portland.

What would you take for the pistol alone?

The laws have not changed here yet. We're still free to buy all the magazines we feel like.
