Selling my Genuine HK SP5 that I bought in 2022. There has been 51 rounds of 9mm sent through the barrel, including the factory test round. I took it shooting one time and then cleaned it meticulously and stored it in my safe. This has NOT been SBR'd. However it does come with a genuine HK F style stock and MKE stock should you choose to SBR this firearm. Currently attached is an MFI claw mount rail and a Trijicon MRO. Also included is 4 genuine HK magazines and 2 plastic ETS mags along with the HK carrying case. All together everything listed cost me about $5,940 at the time I purchased it all. Must meet at a licensed FFL. Buyer pays fees. I cannot sell to Washington residents due to HB1240.

Thanks for looking out! I am aware of the laws here in Washington. Im only selling this to NON-Washington residents. I should update my post to reflect this!

Sorry to clog up the thread, just wanted to say, I don't think the WA restrictions apply to pistols. It would seem if you sold this as a pistol a WA resident could buy it. Not positive, just my understanding. With the exception of the 10 rnd. mag limit

You are correct! This is a pistol, however it has a threaded barrel which is a no go in Washington. On top of that, pistol or not, I believe they specifically categorized the MP5/SP5 as an "assault weapon"

In addition IIRC the sp5 and variants are specifically called out as banned (in addition to certain features the law has a list of specific models that are banned).
