Is there a 1/2 x 28 threaded barrel for a SP89 (or MP5 clone)?
The semi stripped lower is it an HK or?

I am really not sure on the barrel. Do you have a picture of one or what do I measure to find out?

The lowers look the exact same as what is on hkparts.com and there are no markings from what I can see of who manufactured them...
