This HK MR 556 A1 is in Like New condition as it has had less than 50 rounds put through it. It is basically a brand new rifle with no blemishes, scuffs, etc. It has been a safe queen since it was purchased. I am the ONLY owner. It is a 100% COMPLETE factory rifle that comes with a few upgrades. See below for upgrades and costs:

Buyer to pay for transfer fees at a FFL in the PDX Metro area (I'm in Oregon City).
