Hibben sword cane

    I have a Hibben Knives sword cane.

    The finish has a few small chips, sword is in perfect shape.

    This is a sword not a gun, ATF has no regulating authority.

    So is this illegal?

    I carry a pocket knife in my pocket. I personally don't c the difference

    blurry vision... the difference is it takes alot longer to cut someones head off with a pocket knife :bluelaugh:

    its the blade length... pocket knife less than 3" is okay. Pocket knife 9"...concealed, call your local police and ask!
