Ain't that the pot calling the kettle black. You're a lot older than me!
"A LOT"? A lot older?
Yeah, prolly.

You just wait kiddo! But I KNOW that you are a LOT older than you were when we met all those years ago. :D

My brother and I were out shooting one day. I had my .458S and was trying out some loads while he spotted my brass. (.85 ea.)
About the third shot, out of the corner of my eye, I saw him move. Then I heard him laughing. :s0092:

He had caught something that had come fluttering down out of the air. It was the aluminum gas check from the last bullet I had fired. :s0158:

The term you're looking for is whippersnapper!
I don't think so. I still have most of my teeth. Always seemed, now that I think about it, 'Whipper-Snapper' was best pronounced with few or no teeth. :D

Hot diggity man, that was back when we were just getting into guns.
You too huh? Somehow I figured pretty much everyone here when I joined were well experience fire-arm people.

I started target shooting a little in 2004/05 while in college. Shot a 308 as my first high powered rifle round in 2007 or so. Didn't really start buying guns until around 2010.

WOW ! Do I feel ancient. People Old Timer-2.jpg
I was building pipe guns and making my own black powder in the early '50s. Granted, my first cartridge weapon, purchased with lawn mowing money, was a mail order 20ga bolt action, ($5.00 down and $5.00 a week) from Sears.

Thanks Mikey,

You have me beat on the teeth though. :s0092:

After one brushing with a Studebaker steering wheel, I have 50% fewer cavities.
"Studebaker"?! That is way back there. Unless it was an "Avanti"? Or you were a kid and were behind the wheel at a young age!
