Welcome. There's a ton of threads here talking about different ARs. I'll say the first things you need to do is figure out what you're budget is and what you want. Obviously, if you spend more money you can get something nicer. Then figure out if you're building one or not. You'll find a lot of people here like the Del-Ton models for their value (good quality for the price).
