Hey all, my name is YoungSalt, and I'm a gunaholic.

Kidding aside, PDX resident, loving life in the city and PNW in general. Lifelong shooting sports enthusiast, Navy veteran, and working on building up my personal armory. Have been a longtime lurker here but recently made an account to participate in classifieds and discussions. 👋🏼

Welcome from r we gone . ;) Glad you're here . Thank you for your service . Feel free to share . There is much to see , learn and share here . With a lot of humor thrown in too . Enjoy the forum and all it has to offer . Blessings from down in the Valley from our bunker to you & yours . :)

Thanks! I like humor quite a lot - my flavor is usually very dry which often translates poorly in the written form so if I ever come across as an 🫏 it's probably just my poor attempt at being funny 😆

Hello from next door in Vancouver, WA. What's your favorite range?
Hello! So far my favorite range isn't a range at all, it's spots in the woods. I've not done much shooting since I moved to the area ~5 years ago, but I've been to Threat Dynamics, Safe Fire, and English Pit. While I prefer outdoor ranges, English Pit was not so great. Threat Dynamics and Safe Fire both fine indoor ranges, though Safe Fire had the edge for me.

I'm pending membership at DRRC, hoping that will be my shooting home for a fiery long time.

Edit: I'm gonna leave the "fiery long" typo because I like it 😆

I recently drove by the English Pit but haven't tried it out. I hear you about shooting in the woods. It's fun. I should look up Threat Dynamics as I'm not familiar. I must say Safefire is a classy place! Thanks and have a good one!
