I'm very new here. I needed a place to sell some rounds I got in auction bundles. I gave up hunting decades ago and never really looked back after my little brother, the dummy, traded my 1903A3 Remington, which was sporterized with a well-done stock and a Redfield open site with windage, for a shotgun. I don't talk to him much, only been 40 years now.
I do have a little 22 LR for vermin here in NW Washington. I prefer older single-shot pellet rifles, Benjamin and Sheridan mainly. Just to plink with and restore when I figure out why they don't work.
I collect rocks (meteorites and gem rough for faceting), comic books, coins, and a few air rifles.
Retired and have 5 dogs, 3 cats, 2 sheep, and a cockatoo. Married, ex-biker (hip took me off them), former specialist at cleaning up oil and fuel spills and leaks in Kentucky, TN, and IN. with a degree from WWU. Not from this area and it shows.

Welcome, my mom is a rock hound and has a few huge opals as long as my forearm and a bunch of Holly Blue still. She has a few pieces of Holly Blue that would be big enough to make grip panels for a 1911. Unfortunately you have to waste a bunch.
