I don't have small hands, but I like guns with smaller grips.
I have a Sig P365 with the 12 round mags and really like the grip shape and angle. It's more like a 1911 than a Glock in angle, which suits me, but it's an easy adjustment.
With the 10 round mags (first pic) the grip is really stubby, but with the 12 round mag (second pic) I can get all of my fingers on the gun securely.

Thank you— i'll check one out!

I have a gen 3 Glock 19, and I love it, buuutt… I think I want something a bit more compact. I've tried a 45x and 48 and liked those. Curious what others recommend, especially for someone with hands on the smaller side.
If you're a fan of the Glock platform, I would take a look at the Shadow System CR920. Great compact single stack platform. I have the "P" version which has the built in compensator and conceals very well and comfortable. Before the magazine ban in WA, it comes with 10 and 13rd mags. To me, Shadows have a better trigger out of the box than the stock Glocks.

On the other hand, Sig 365 are awesome. If you can find a used 365 SAS version, those are super compact! Most of the 365 platforms are pretty compact and very concealable.

Small hands here 🤣🤣. I love my Sig P938 or my m&p stuff with the small backstrap installed. Looking at maybe a csx-e series

Here you are….. 😃💪🔫

I have carried both M&P 9 M2.0 and currently P365 x macro comp, BUT as a "Glock" guy who doesn't carry one EDC, I love the Glock 48, very comfortable! I do not like compact models that my full grip doesn't acquire without adding mag extensions (what's the point?).
Glock 48 w/Shield Arms 15 rd mags is the way to go!!

Never been a fan of compacts. I do not worry so much about minor printing when I carry. I don't wear tight fitting shirts and flaunt by any means, it's more important to be comfortable and proficient in the operation of your EDC than anything. Full real estate grip and as much mag capacity without having to modify or extend your mag is the way to go.

Agreed, but having a mag that's 2 rounds larger and makes the grip longer works well. I spose some people would not like it because a mag change might cause an issue.
