Far as I can tell this is a 1935-1937ish H&R Sportsman 22lr in good shape for its age most 70% of the blueing present seems to just have holster wear and its old. Shoots good, lock up is good, rifling is really good, wood grips are complete no major gouges or cracks. Everything functions well. Ive owned this going on 8 or so years and maybe fired it 4 times (mostly to dispatch raccoons and rats) No high velocity ammon ive only used standard or match ammo. The only weird thing is the rear sight appears hand made, I never took issue with it. It just collects dust and id rather see someone enjoy it more than I do. Comes with a nice leather cowboy style holster $300
