When you look for a safe, ask them where they are made, if they use a UL listed lock, what the warranty is and who fufills it, and how the body of the safe is welded. The person should be able to tell you these things in great detail about the safe. Be weary of chinese made, non ul listed lock, small company warrantied, tack or spot welded safes.
