I suspect it is because it is CA compliant and have been reading a lot of video blogs that the gun stores are actually empty. I doubt gun makers are producing CA/ MA compliant arms as a priority. Some Californians have too much money.

Or like the post above stated, winner may refuse to buy.

Neither one is a verified member. I'm watching the auction just to see the final price. The are sellers on GunBroker who refuse bids from unrated buyers because they've been burned in the past.

The same thing happened when that guy who shot Travon sold the pistol he used. People were bidding it sky high who had no intention of buying. The seller will have to re list it and restrict the bidding.
