Grind to fit - butt pad?

Anyone put one of these on their rifle?

Upgraded my bolt action 22 to a CZ 457 scout. It has a nice laminate stock with a short LOP for a kiddo.

Id like to extend the rear end at least an inch if not 2-3 if I can.


Any advice on these butt pads will be appreciated!

I was thinking about lengthening my AK buttstock (haven't done it yet) and found this video How To that I thought was well done.
I don't like the Phillips bit he uses.....there are thin ones that would be better.
