Went up to check out Green Peter today. It is involved in a multi dam draw down as a result of the Army Corp being sued by The Native Fish society. There are many articles in it and opinions that can be search and read. Needless to say, not much fishing if anything. This is suppose to go on till Dec 15 and for the next 4 or 5 years. It will be interesting to see if the water levels recover. Also will be interesting to see how many fish ecosystems were or are being destroyed by the heavy silting. Santiam and Willamette look like milk chocolate down here.
Picture off the dam.

Sad, they will claim "drought" while dumping many, many excess CFS of water from rainfall and snow melt go down river to make the most worthless substance in the planet-saltwater.
