I have a green phos pvs14
Sadly I don't have a spec sheet but nice and bright and free of blems, I suspect this to be an L3 tube with the clarity ect it comes with a knock off traiser that work extremly and a noise fighter white phos cap, also includes noise fighter jarm I also have a pvs14 the cord which will allow you to plug into a lemo 4 plug into a battery pack of you're choice I will include that for 200 bucks
