Glock G45 OEM slide. I was told its factory cut for a RMR from the factory. No iron sights. No cover plate.

When you're not running an optic it would be the plate that covers the cut making it flush with the slide. They're cheap.

They do factory cuts for the RMR. The MOS-5 is an RMR direct cut. No plates needed.
