People win these at competitions etc. all the time. It's what you think it is, a certificate with a code that entitles the holder to a new Glock. Easy to use. The certificate will call out what generation and models are available to be redeemed as well.

Prize certificate from a match. Pick your model from the list, send cert and signed FFL to Glock, they send the gun to your dealer. Last one I redeemed took about 6 weeks. Really easy process.
