Sounds like your looking for a compact or subcompact glock in either a 9MM or a 40S&W. Is there any other glock models in those calibers that would intrest you? Glock 17?

Not to lay a turd in someone's punchbowl, but have you considered getting an aftermarket conversion barrel to make your M23 40SW a 9mm? They run about $120.

Yes it has night sights & I have considered the conversion barrel as well. I have 2 G27's & don't need two.
