Glock 21 45ACP for AR Upper

I have a Glock 21 with 1 mag, the loader, and the Tupperware. I am looking for a complete AR upper in trade, will consider adding a little cash for the right deal. 5.45 x 39 would be preferred, but I am not that picky, should be in 90 percent shape same as my Glock. All calibers and barrel length considered.

What gen is the glock? I have a 20" chrome lined armalite upper 1:9 twist, fixed front sight with Quad rail, bolt carrier, charging handle etc... <700 round count.
