All Gen5 Glocks have the GMB

And not all Glock 19 are GMB but all 19x are . Not a G17 frame but more like a G17 frame .......?

The G19X also has the maritime spring cups on the striker vs the standard spring cups.

Not if you cut that stupid lip off. Which is what I did. Reshape the frame and throw a magwell on it. No one will ever know and you can use Gen5 mags.

Full size frame with a compact slide makes no sense to me.

I have large hands, it might be of benefit to me but not in a carry sense. I already have a G19, I put finger extensions on the magazines. My interest in a G19X would be more for general shooting, not carry. But now we get back into the area of not making sense, because I have a number of similar such things in 9mm already.

The vibe I'm getting with the lanyard loop and the "maritime" spring cups, this thing was made with a specific market in mind?

Sounds like my G19 gen 3 mags will fit.
