Includes factory sights, but otherwise stripped. Practically new with less than 100 rounds through it. Gen 4 but should be able to fit gen 3 frames if you have the proper adapter.

The adapter is for a gen3 slide in a gen 4 frame. But gen 4 slides are easy enough to to install on a 3 frame with a dremel.
