Glock 17 Gen 3 clone for sale. All original factory Glock OEM internals both upper and lower that I transferred into the new slide and frame from the OEM body I used to own. Couple thousand rounds through and through with ZERO malfunctions whatsoever. Very smooth slide and comes with the following: Trijicon RMR, Upgraded Timney trigger, 3 magazines, Night Fision blacked out tritium night sights and aluminum magwell. Selling for $700 PRICE DROP. No trades please.

Not a clone, all factory internals including the barrel, just different body. Slide is from Right to bear and frame is from SCT

If the frame isn't OEM Glock then it's a clone. Either way GLWS.

That's exactly how it works. Cause when it sells and gets put on a 4473 it won't say Glock. Cause that SN isn't to a Glock.

Just some friendly advice, it's best to be as up front and honest as possible in your ads to help buyers know what you're selling.

Starting off with matter-of-factly describing your item as "NOT A CLONE" and then later stating that you took the internals out of a Glock 17 and put them into a clone frame and slide is a little deceiving/confusing.

Your asking price is good for a factory Glock 17 with an RMR, I would have jumped on that if it wasn't a clone. This is the only reason I jumped in to comment.

It identifies as a Glock. So that makes it 100% OEM right?

100% OEM internals, nothing aftermarket except for the trigger swap for the timney, trigger housing unit itself is all OEM though.

And the "body" is the serialized and identifiable part.

I'm not trying to knock you but it's not a Glock and stating that it is a simple misconception and is incorrect.

It's like when I had an old Tacoma a decade or so ago and blew the motor on it. When I threw a 90s model Camry motor into it, it didn't become a Camry.

True. But you can drop an aftermarket trigger in a GLOCK frame and it remains a Glock. If you drop Glock internals into a knock off/clone frame that doesn't make the clone frame become a Glock.

If you don't want the stigma of calling it a clone, call it exactly what it is, an SCT17... because thats not a Glock. No offense, its a nice build you did great.... but its not a Glock. Some buyer will be upset when they go buy some Glock holsters for it and find out its not a Glock, you need to be honest with the buyers.

I 100% agree with everything you're saying. I don't even trust that the internals are OEM…

Thaks for commenting! I'm starting to realize why others have said it's a clone and it's not the same for other firearms like echelons etc. I forgot Glock serializes their frames unlike others with thir COG's FCU's, so I wll admit I am wrong in this case and I apologise. I appreciate you stopping by though! I tweaked the description to fit better.
