Normally keep a list of small parts going, as needed, then either order up all at once (free shipping deal, as ex), or add on to another order of something they have on special.

Trick is to keep the small parts list updated & ongoing. So if there's something on "special", I can grab it & ad the small bits without thinking on them too much/forgetting something.
