Stopped by today. Had not been there for a while. The firearms section is no more. An employee informed me it has been gone about eight months.

All firearms departments were closed and moved to Oregon City to "provide the best possible shopping experience for our customers."

The folks at delta Park were Ok, I've ordered and bought a few guns from them albeit a decade ago. I was a little irritated when I ordered and waited for 8 months for a New 2500 dollar Benelli, It was to be shipped direct to me (Via them) from the factory but when I received it for inspection, it was covered end to end with fingerprints! i think everyone in the store must have handled it bare handed. if their finger grease was acidic it could have caused lasting damage if left on long.
The one in Tigard; those in the gun dept. were full of BS and hyperbole, but that was some time ago too since I stopped going there. The one in Oregon City Is OK but I have crappy memories from the 70's when it was Larry's Sport center; they completely ruined a good rifle just before hunting season and cost me a buck, so my memory returns when I enter the store keeping me from enjoying the event even though they are a different company.
All in all, they'll not be missed by me.
After all, They are "Fishermans Marine's" not "hunters and guns" oriented, of which they do a fair job of I suppose.
