I recently got my first suppressor, a Banish Buck 30. I had built a 300 AAC pistol with a 10.5 barrel to host it. First 5 subsonic rounds cycled flawlessly. After that, it would cycle subs at all. So I tried some supersonic and it cycled those at first, then it stopped cycling them as well. It's a fixed gas block, so No adjustments made. Any of you more experienced shooters have advice on this?

Are you saying it fires then doesn't extract? How did it cycle without the suppressor? What do the fired cases look like? What's the weight of your recoil buffer? Suppressed ARs get real dirty, this requires more energy to overcome the increased friction. The first thing I'd do is to take the gun apart and clean it thoroughly.

What barrel are you using? How many rounds before you suppressed it? Changes while shooting suggest something moved,...
Either too much friction/resistance - something is binding or gumming up...or not enough gas - gas is getting closed off from where it should go, or leaking out where it shouldn't go.

I would make sure the gas block hasn't moved or walked. I've had this happen. It blocked off the gas port and the gun would not cycle. And some gas blocks don't have a large margin of error with some barrels. I now dimple all my barrels if they aren't already and high temp thread lock the set screws. I've also had leaky or inefficient gas rings cause increasing malfunctions during a day of shooting, but that was more gradual than 5-10 rounds.

I would also make sure that your folding stock adapter isn't causing anything to bind while cycling.

Robear is likely right on why it stopped functioning properly. That being said, it likely isn't a diagnosis of the underlying problem based on the info you provided. Answers to his questions though would help further to determine the likely problem.

If I were in your shoes I would be ordering up an easily adjustable gas block like the SLR or similar. You should then be able to tune your rifle to your ammo and setup so that it functions properly.

Just be aware that if you change ammo after tuning or make changes like removing your suppressor, things may no longer function properly. A big selling point for low back pressure suppressors is that a lot of times you don't have to make changes to your already functioning setup.

Check to make sure the gas block had not shifted and make sure the carrier key is not leaking or plugged. Make sure the bell on the gas tube is not wore or damaged from misalignment with the carrier key. And yes, any gas block not pinned should have dimpled barrel opposite the gas port with a knurled set screw with red Loctite.

Thanks for all the responses and input! I'll be taking it all under consideration as I get back to work on it later this week.

Correct, the bolt did not seem to move at all. So I manually recharged. And it would fire, but no extraction and feed. So, extractor works, but im not sure if its gas system or buffer/spring or as someone else stated the folding stock adapter. Before I change buffer, Im thinking remove folding adapter and inspection of gas system. Seems to be what most everyone has suggested.
