Yes it's wearable. Has padding and a "skirt" so to speak, around the bottom. It has a working voice changer and headlamp also.

I just got stuck on a boat in Adak for a few days last week and while sitting around, I rediscovered Fallout Shelter on my tablet. Spent a good many hours building and killing...again.

This is one of those things that I am trying hard to find a reason that I don't need it. GLWS if it's not to me. That's a good price for it.
