I wasn't able to get a front sight inexpensively enough, so you'd have to get that on your own. They are available for less than ~20$ and can be installed cheaply. I think that if you were to bring the gun into a gunsmith, they'd be able to fix the front sight without having to buy anything.

The barrel did come in, and looks absolutely brand new. it was still oiled, and freshly blued looking.
