Enfield No 4 Mk 1 B Grade

Enfield No 4 Mk 1 B Grade. Bought during 2020 pandemic when I couldn't find much else, but milsurps aren't my thing. Put in the safe and never touched it. I have a couple boxes of ammo to go with it.

Not sure, I know nothing about them. Cursory search of date codes seems very hard to figure out. I do see a "1941" faintly on the side of the receiver.
