I picked up a few myself. To note that from their website they come with the pull handles as well. Not all retailers sell the handle included variety.

Had a different experience. Package arrived with ONLY one of the two Ripcords. I even called Otis before I ordered online and was told I would receive the two. I ,even ,already have an account with them too. Ill call Monday Im sure they will make it good.
