Hello everyone..I would like to sale as a package deal only... 4500rds of 223/556 and 4500rdsof 300blk. All ammo is NIB with the exception of 500rds of 300blk reman by LAX..which I've shot without any problems. I'm about 40 minutes south of eureka ca. This Is probably more practical for someone in southern Oregon..do to shipping costs would be a deal killer. Pick up would be best at this time. You will need to have a C&R or FFL to purchase do to my Communist/Socialist Overlords allowing me to only be able to sell five hundred rounds per month To an individual in the state ... With the exemption of FFL's and C&R holders... Please no tire kickers, only serious people can contact me through pm..thanks ......also the option to take it all for $8000

And On the list where it says a total of 1000rds reman 300blk..750&250...is incorrect...it's only 500rds of 300blk reman..

In the CA code, I don't see any explicit restrictions on ammo sales to non-CA residents if they occur out of state, nor any ammo export restrictions.

So if you're willing to make a long drive into Oregon with your ammo lot, you may be able to open your pool of potential buyers to non-FFL holders.

I'm certainly not a lawyer, and this gets into somewhat murky territory of exactly what restrictions a state may place on its residents when they leave their state of residence. But for a $5k sale, throwing a few hundred bucks at a lawyer to get some advice might be worth it.

Thanks for your input and advice... But at this point I'm not in a position to go anywhere... I know having someone pick it up will Limit my potential Sales But that's why I was looking for someone in southern oregon, It's not that far of a drive ... And I think my asking price makes it a bit of a deal ... Enough to offset the gas and time for someone to drive down .

. 4 unopened boxes and one open of .41swiss total of 100rds

.20 boxes of steyr 8x56r With dirty birds on the clips and ammo..plus 10 boxes of just the brass on clips.
Total of 200 live and 100 spent

.720rds Persian/iranian 1955 7.92x57 in ammo can

.15 bando's of 1942 turk 7.92x57 total of 1050rds

.64 lose rem 30 luger

And probably a couple loose 7.62 Russian or polish tok.

.One small box of 9mm largo

And probably some other boxes of random stuff I'll have to look through... Most of this stuff is nothing special, but some of it sells for quite a bit.. Probably only geared for the collector.

Folks I don't see where my prices are out of line on the 556/300blk package.... In fact quite the contrary... I think it's a very good deal... You would be essentially buying the 300blk for less than $1 rnd..(witch it sells for $1-3 rnd) and you'd be getting the 556/223 for free...
