Eagle Arms/Coal Valley, Il. AR15 lower

Can anyone tell me what I'm seeing here? I'm not finding anything recent on this piece.
Is there any value in it that makes it rare or is it just another stripped lower? The old stuff/files/images I'm finding for prices is utter ridiculous.
It doesn't look like it's ever been used. It's not black but has a greenish tint to it.

From the 70's I have 3 or 4 of them on old rifles. Big in the day when
you could get surplus Military parts. I used to build AR 15's and sell them at the gun shows. Use to buy pars for a complete rifle for $180 and sell at the show for $275.

Some states have (had?) a thing were you could only have a lower if it was the corect flavor of pre-ban. That's why the prices, lowers like this are the only option for people in those states

It's still worth around $800-1100 to a someone in a state that still has a ban that allows prebans to be purchased.

Sell it in for $1000 in a state that still allows prebans.

Sell it for ~$100 in a state that still allows AR15s.

Or, since your in Wa. keep it as your grandfathered in ("priceless") and maybe build a rifle on it.


I think those are your only options....

They don't seem like a big deal to everybody outside one of those states, but if you're in one of those states this is the only option and people go nuts over them
