I even went out and bought a hard case to mail it in. My Kodiak is unforced and does not have a mark on it. Essential a brand new rifle.

This rifle is legal for ML hunts here in Oregon.

I believe that for ML hunts rifles are restricted to a single barrel. It is legal for rifle seasons though.

You cannot hunt with a black powder firearm with a revolving action.
There is no restriction on the number of barrels. So a double barrel muzzleloader is legal as long as bullet size is legal.

In Washington, both barrels can be "charged", but only one can be "capped" at a time. It is not considered loaded until it is capped.
