The dead air nomad L is pretty big. Really just about any .30 suppressor is going to be .300 win mag rated. It's not THAT mean of a cartridge

My Griffin Sportsman is rater for 300 WM, amongst others. I use it on my .30-06.

Most large volume stainless steel .30-cal suppressors will handle the magnums just fine.

Pretty much every .30 cal can on this page will do the 300 Win Mag
I currently have the Dead air Sandman S in jail and it will run it as well.

The soft shouldered creedtards make it seem like you'd get PTSD from the mere sight of someone else shooting it (because they wouldn't dare).

Is basically like shouldering and anti aircraft weapon…..
No goose in his airspace is safe.

What's left of your gourd would be spreadable on toast.
I believe with anyone who would attempt this, their gourd would act as an expansion chamber, suppressing the shot. There is no existing matter to provide a spreadable topping for your toasted bread.

Dead Air's Nomad-L is 1.735" x 8.39" and their Wolverine PBS-1 is 1.5" x 7.4" Those seem to be the highest volume options on their website and maybe the suppressor market in general.

Is there anything out there that has a 3" tube diameter or better?
